MatikoAI may produce content that is:

You must independently review AI-generated content before using it for important decisions or distributing it to others.

We do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular third-party AI model or provider.

11. Subscriptions and Paid Services

Some MatikoAI features may require payment or a subscription.

Where applicable, pricing, billing periods, included usage, limitations, and other commercial terms will be presented before purchase.

You authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your selected service.

We may change pricing for future billing periods where permitted by applicable law, subject to any notice requirements that apply.

12. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation procedure made available through MatikoAI or the relevant payment provider.

Cancellation may prevent future renewal but does not necessarily create an automatic entitlement to a refund for a period that has already been paid for.

13. Refunds

Refunds, where available, are handled according to the applicable refund policy displayed by MatikoAI at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

  • The platform will be completely free from errors or interruptions

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatikoAI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

This includes, where legally permitted, loss of:

  • Profits
  • Revenue
  • Business opportunities
  • Data
  • Reputation
  • Expected savings

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MatikoAI and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law

We may update these Terms as MatikoAI develops.

Updated Terms will be published on the platform and will become effective on the stated effective date.

Your continued use of MatikoAI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
